Yes, you can change your hourly rate at any time. If you are relatively new to tutoring (1-3 years of experience), we recommend starting at a lower hourly rate and increasing this over time as you gain experience and good reviews.

Please note if you do change your hourly rate, this will affect existing customers, so they will be charged more! This usually results in customers stopping tutoring, so please consider this before you change your price.

You can, however, keep your current rates for learners before changing prices. Simply go to “My Learners” in your tutor account and toggle the lock icon beside their names. Key in the rates you would like to charge the learner to lock in the prices. Click the lock icon again if you wish to unlock
